NOVICE
I have never been involved in the creative/design process. I need to understand the importance of brand consistency throughout my marketing collateral and appreciate the relationship between good design and its impact on revenue. I require an elementary lesson in writing a brief.

BEGINNER
I have been involved in overseeing the creation of at least one brochure or website. I have a rough idea about what I want in terms of visuals, but I need help clarifying this.

INTERMEDIATE
I have a good understanding of basic design principles including colour theory, balance, visual hierarchy, symmetry, repetition, and emphasis. I already have a clear idea about my marketing materials and have written a brief. I will provide World Media with visual references, images, copy, and other content which our site and brochure will require.

ADVANCED
I am the manager of a creative department and require some of our work to be outsourced. I possibly need assistance in layouts, colour palettes, photography, copywriting and XHTML & CSS coding.
